1. Business Identity

Core business info, contact details, and your social presence.

Your registered business name or DBA that customers recognize

Use a branded domain email (e.g., contact@yourbusiness.com), not @gmail

Format: +1-555-555-5555 - Include country code for SMS to work

The domain for outbound emails (e.g., reply.yourbusiness.com)

Format: Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM, Sat 10AM-2PM

Upload to GHL Media Library first, then paste the URL here

Business page URL (not personal profile)

Full URL: instagram.com/yourbusiness

x.com or twitter.com format

Company page, not personal profile

Full URL including @ handle

Channel URL, not individual video

Get this from your Google Business Profile dashboard - Share review form

Direct "Write a Review" link from Yelp business dashboard

Go to GHL Settings > Phone Numbers and copy your business number

2. Branding & Website

Visual identity: colors, fonts, and domains.

Main color for buttons, CTAs, headers (e.g., #3366CC)

Accent color for backgrounds, secondary elements

Color for H1-H3 headings across pages and emails

Color for body text (typically #333333 or brand color)

Exact Google Fonts name (e.g., "Montserrat", "Open Sans")

Readable font for body text (e.g., "Roboto", "Lato")

Subdomain for GHL pages (e.g., go.yourbusiness.com) - Must add to GHL Settings > Domains first

Your current website if you have one

Use {{ email.unsubscribe_link }} unless you have a custom system

3. Social Proof

Customer testimonials used on your landing pages (up to 6).

Customer quote highlighting specific results or experience

First name + Last initial or full name (e.g., "Sarah M.")

4. Team Profiles

Team members shown on calendar booking pages.

Full name as shown on calendar booking page

* Required for at least one team member who uses the calendar system

Professional headshot, square (500x500px+), uploaded to GHL Media Library

* Required for at least one team member who uses the calendar system

Job title or role description

Leave blank if solo practitioner

5. Marketing & Offers

Lead magnets, reactivation messages, and referral offers.

Title (e.g., "Free 10-Minute Home Plumbing Check")

Brief description of what they'll get

First outreach to dormant leads. Use {{contact.first_name}} for personalization. Include offer and CTA. Keep under 160 characters.

Second message reinforcing value. Different from initial message. Create urgency. Keep under 160 characters.

Where leads go when they re-engage (calendar, offer page, etc.)

Average value of a converted lead for pipeline calculations. Number only (no $ symbol).

What both parties get (e.g., "You get $50 off, they get 15% off")

Any active promotional offers to include in templates
